Shipping Rates:

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.
  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $40.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@squeaknsnap.com. We’ll assist in tracking it down and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Squeak N Snap accessory. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email support@squeaknsnap.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email support@squeaknsnap.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your Squeak N Snap accessory arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@squeaknsnap.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

International Orders

Please note that customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
